Key Responsibilities:

• Summer Staff Onboarding:
  • Onboard summer staff through Namely documentation prior to orientation.
  • Plan and document new staff training with the Director of Staffing.
• Compliance and Payroll:
  • Ensure legal signage is up to date at each camp site.
  • Oversee timekeeping compliance for payroll.
• Employee Engagement and Team Building:
  • Conduct weekly site visits to evaluate staff experience.
  • Participate in leadership evaluations and suggest improvements.
  • Organize mid-summer staff gatherings and assist in planning seasonal celebrations and fall recruitment.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze staff survey data, report findings and suggest future enhancements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain an updated internal database.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the summer's end, focusing on staff experience and training enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Currently a Junior or Senior in College.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business with a focus on HR.
• Demonstrated experience in an office setting.
